HDFC MoneyBack Credit Card Fees & Charges
Following are the HDFC MoneyBack credit card charges:
- Joining fee: Rs. 500 + applicable taxes.
- Annual fee: Rs. 500 + applicable taxes. Spend minimum Rs. 50,000 in a year to get the next year’s annual membership waived off.
- Charges on revolving credit: 3.49% per month (41.88% annually).
- Cost per Point (in Rs.): Up to 0.25 for Product Catalogue, 0.2 for SmartBuy (Flights/Hotels) with 50% capping, 0.2 for Cashback, and 0.25 for Airmiles.
- Auto EMI conversion charges: 20% HDFC MoneyBack credit card interest rate and processing fee of Rs. 99.
- Cash advance charge: 2.5% of the amount withdrawn or Rs. 500, whichever is higher.
- Late payment charges: Up to Rs. 1,300.
- Charges on overlimit account: 2.5% of overlimit amount, minimum Rs. 500.
- Payment return charges: 2%, minimum Rs. 450.
- Rewards redemption fee: Rs. 99 per redemption request.
- Cash processing fee: Rs. 100.
- Balance transfer processing charges: 1% of the balance transfer amount or Rs. 250, whichever is higher.
- Foreign currency transactions: 3.5%
- Duplicate physical statement charge: Rs. 10 per duplicate physical statement.
- Railway ticket purchase charge: 1% of the transaction amount + GST.
- Reissuance of lost/stolen/damaged card: Rs. 100.
