For new customers
- Log in to the official website of the Bank.
- Go to the Credit Cards Provide your personal details like name, contact address, mobile number, email id, qualification, income details, employment details, marital status, etc.
- A list of cards will appear. Choose and apply the card as per your requirement.
- On verification, a Card representative from bank will call you and guide through the process.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Credit Cards
To be eligible for Bank of Baroda Credit Card, you will have to comply with the following eligibility criteria.
- Should be between 21 years to 65 years of age.
- The minimum annual income required for Easy Card is 3.00 Lakhs
- The minimum annual income required for Select Card is 4.80 Lakhs
- The minimum annual income required for Premier Card is RS. 7.20 Lakhs.
- The Prime Card is issued against Fixed Deposit, and so no income is required.

The following are the various ways of making Bank of Baroda Credit Card Payment.
- Insta Pay:
You can make the Credit Card payment by Insta-Pay using your internet banking facility.
Follow the simple steps:- Click on the Insta-Pay link.
- Enter the card number.
- Enter the verification code.
- Confirm the cardholder"s name.
- Enter your mobile number and email id and amount.
- There is an option to use either Bank of Baroda net banking facilities or other bank net banking facilities for making the payment.
- You can choose from over 50 banks by clicking on the dropdown.
- Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a receipt.
- It will take two days for the transaction to be recorded in your card account.
- Visa Bill Pay:
Through this facility, the cardholder can make a one-time payment or set Standing Instructions for recurring monthly payments. - Bill Desk:
To make payment through Bill Desk, register on the Bill Desk payment portal for free. Your online ID will be mentioned in the Credit Card bill statement. - Internet Banking:
If you are a customer of Bank of Baroda, then the card payment can be done through their net banking facility. For this, you will have to register for the net banking facilities and obtain a login ID and transaction ID for making any transaction. - Auto-debit:

Bank of Baroda Credit Card FAQs
The standing instructions for the debit of the particular account, as requested by the cardholder, will be set for a particular date, which will be before the Credit Card due date. If the date on which the debit has to be carried out is a holiday, then the debit will be done on the next working day.
The loss/ theft of the card should be reported immediately to the Bank through their customer care helpline, the moment it is noticed. The card will be blocked, and a new card will be issued within 7 days. In the case the card is stolen, an FIR has to be lodged at the police station of the jurisdiction, and a copy of the same has to be submitted to the Bank.
If the card is damaged, then the card has to be dispatched to any of the addresses of the Bank of Baroda branches mentioned in their official website. The damaged card will be replaced and sent to your registered residential address.
No, the add-on cardholder shares the credit limit of the primary cardholder.
The cardholder has to register the Credit Card on the link provided in the official website of the bank and generate a password that will be used for all online transactions. This will be an added authentication for all the online transactions. Whenever asked during online transactions, the cardholder has to provide this registered password. The same process has to be repeated in case a new card/ replacement card is issued.
This registration will enable the cardholder to access the Credit Card account, make bill payments, and for other various requests made online.
To check the Credit Card Application Status online, you will have to follow a few simple steps:
- Visit the official website of the bank, exclusive for Credit Cards.
- On the left side of the website, there is a Customer Corner option.
- On clicking the Customer Corner, 'Track Application Status' will pop-up. Select the option.
- You will be directed to the Track Application Status page, where you will be provided application number and date of birth.
- Click on 'Get Details' after providing the required information.
- Once the details are submitted, the status of the application will appear.
- It will either be 'in progress or approved.'
- ‘In progress’ indicates that the processing of the application is ongoing.
- 'Approved' means the decision has been taken, and the card is ready for printing and dispatch.
- On dispatch of the card, the status on the site will change to Dispatched.
- Another option, 'Track Dispatch Details' is also available wherein you can check the status of the speed post/ courier. An AWB number is required to check this status.
During the application processing, if there are any discrepancies noticed, the representatives of the Bank will contact you.
You will have to check the status a week after the submission of the application.
To check the status of the application offline, you will have to call the Customer Care helpline No. 1800-223-224. Keep your application number ready before calling. Alternatively, you can visit any of the Bank of Baroda branches to track the application status.
You will have to ideally wait for 3 to 6 months to reapply for the card. If the card was rejected due to a low credit score, then you will have to take the necessary steps to boost your credit score. Thereafter, you should check your credit score before applying for the card once again.
You can generate a PIN for your Credit Card following simple steps mentioned below:
- Visit any Bank of Baroda ATM. Insert the card and choose the preferred language.
- Select 'Generate Pin with OTP' option.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number immediately on selecting the option.
- Enter the OTP.
- Now you can enter the desired 4-digit PIN. This PIN can be used for all the transactions done on the card.
