For Existing Customers

- Visit the internet banking portal of HDFC Bank.
- Enter your customer ID given by the bank in your banking kit.
- Click on the “Go” button.
- A web page will be displayed wherein you have to enter the security code.

- Visit the HDFC ELOANS portal and click on the “Register” button mentioned at the bottom of the webpage under the “New User” sub-head.
- Now enter your user ID, loan account number, date of birth or date of incorporation, last EMI amount paid, and password and click on the “Submit” button to register your loan account online.
How to Login at HDFC Personal Loan Portal?
After you have registered at the HDFC personal loan online portal successfully, you can follow the steps given below for an HDFC loan account login.
For Existing Customers
- Visit the net banking portal of HDFC Bank and enter your “User ID”, then click on “Continue” for HDFC personal loan login.
- Now enter your IPIN or net banking password and click on the “Login” button.
- A web page will be displayed when you log in for the first time. Here you will need to change your net banking IPIN.
- Change your IPIN and click on the “Confirm” button. The IPIN should be alpha-numeric and must contain 6 to 15 characters.
