Level 1:

Contact the concerned area office/ business centre for registering your complaint. Submit your issue in writing or via email. You can also write a complaint letter and send it at the following addresses by post or courier:

Level 2:

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the LIC HFL customer support team by calling at the LIC HFL customer care number or via email at Level 1 in 7 working days from the date registering your complaint, you can escalate the matter to Level 2 by following any of the steps mentioned below:

• Make a call to the Customer Relation Officers (CROs) in the regional offices.
• Send an email to the CROs who have been chosen for Back Office or Regional Office of LIC HFL for addressing customer grievances.

Level 3:

If the CRO fails to resolve your concern within 6 weeks at Level 2 then, then you can reach out to the Regulatory Authority of Housing Finance Companies - National Housing Bank through the following ways:

• Send your complaint via sending an email to them at grids.nhbonline.org.in.
