In case of a card loss or suspicion of a fraudulent activity take following steps:

Customer Service for Credit Card Loss outside India
For the loss of SBI Corporate Card, when you require urgent cash outside India, call 24X7 Visa toll-free helpline number for emergency card related assistance within 3 working days of the loss.
You will be provided with a replaced emergency card with a validity of 30 days.
Contact SBI Card helpline after your return to India.
Cash disbursement is only available for card members having cash facility on their card.
The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006
SBI is the second largest credit cards provider in India and thus is covered by Reserve Bank of India's Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006.
If you do not get a satisfactory response within 30 days of lodging a complaint with SBI, you can approach the Banking Ombudsman.
