The gist of the complaint also has to be given. On registration of the complaint, you will receive a reference number which has to be quoted in your future communications. You will get a response to your query within 3 working days.
Even if the Level 1 resolution is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue to the next level i.e, Level 2. You will have to send an email to crm1@bobfinancial.com.
