IIFL Personal Loan Customer Care Address
Customers can visit IIFL Finance branches and hand over a complaint letter to the Branch Manager/ any other branch personnel. It is advised to take an acknowledgement of receipt with the date from the branch personnel you are handing over the complaint letter. - Customer can also drop their suggestions and/or complaints in Suggestion/Complaint boxes which are put up at all IIFL branches. These boxes are opened at periodic intervals by the Vigilance Officer and sent to the Customer Service team for action/resolution.
- Also, customers may write down their complaints or concerns in the Complaints Register available at all IIFL branches. The complaint register is checked by the Vigilance Officer periodically and forwarded to the Customer Service team for action/resolution.
