Submit Your Request

If you cannot reach the PaySense loan customer care number, the best way is to submit your request online. The steps for the same are mentioned below:

  • Click the link https://paysensehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit a request.
  • You can use any of the following three methods to submit your request:
    • WhatsApp: WhatsApp your concern at 7039959515. PaySense is available on this number from 9 am to 9 pm on all working days.
    • Request Callback: Click the Callback button and enter your phone number. The PaySense customer service team will call you back within 4 to 6 working hours.
    • Email: Email PaySense by typing your email address, the subject of the request, and its description. 
    • No Email: If you don’t have an email id, just type the nature of the incident, click on the No Email check box, enter the request type, mention your registered phone number, add attachments (if any), and click on the Submit button.
  • After submitting your request, a member of PaySense’s support staff will respond as soon as possible.

You can submit a request through the above methods regarding any of the following issues:

  • Download and Registration: If you are on the waitlist, have issues with OTP, are unable to verify our Email, or require more loan amount. 
  • EMI Application: If you are unable to upload your PAN Card or photo, are unable to find your IFSC code, what to know what happens after you have applied, do not want to take a loan now, or have different issues.
  • Document Pickup: If you did not get any call from the courier, want to change your pickup address, the courier has not come at an appointed time, want to know what to do after submitting documents, or have different issues.
  • Disbursal: If you still did not get the loan amount credited to your account or got a lesser amount than you applied for.
  • Repayment of EMI: If you want to know when your EMI starts, want to change your EMI due date, want to prepay the loan, or will not be able to pay EMI. 
  • Others: If you have any concern which is not listed above.

You can share your concern by leaving a message on the Chatbot of PaySense by following the steps given below:

  • Click on the Support button on the bottom right corner of the page to leave your message on Chatbot.
  • Enter your name (it is optional).
