If you prefer offline modes for credit card PIN generation, you can call the BOB Credit Card Customer Care helpline at 1800 258 4455 or 1899 102 4455 and place a request for PIN generation. The Customer Care Executive will ask you for your preferred language, date of birth, credit card details and any other information for identification. Once verified, the request will be accepted, and you will be given instructions for generating the PIN, which you should follow.
BOB Credit Card PIN generation by SMS is also possible. You will have to send a PIN generation request in the predefined format to 92231 72141. You will get a response via SMS. Any call or SMS to the Credit Card Customer Care should be through your registered mobile number. Calls from unregistered mobile numbers will not be entertained, and you will get a request failed message.

It is always recommended to complete your transaction with a PIN to keep it secure.
