AnyRoR Gujarat Land Record

Any Records of Rights Anywhere (Any ROR @ Anywhere) is the official land records website of the Gujarat state wherein all Gujarat citizens can view information pertaining to land records. This portal is managed by the Revenue Department of the State of Gujarat and it allows users to check land records in rural as well as urban areas. The software covers 26 districts & 225 talukas of the state of Gujarat.

Below are the steps you need to follow to check land records on Any ROR Gujarat: 

In the Urban Area 

• Enter the link https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/emilkat/GeneralReport_IDB.aspx in your web browser.
• Select your search type from the available options.
• Now select the appropriate details from the following dropdown menus.
  • District
  • City Survey Office
  • Ward
  • Details of search type
  • Sheet Number

• Enter the text code shown in the yellow background.
• Now click on the ‘Get Detail’ button.

In the Rural Area 

• Enter the link https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/Info712Page.aspx in your web browser.
• Select your search type from the available options.
• Now select the appropriate details from the following dropdown menus.
  • District
  • Taluka
  • Village
  • Details of search type

• Now click on the ‘Get Detail’ button.

Follow the steps mentioned below to check 8A or 8/12 Gujarat land record:

• Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “View Land Record – Rural“ option.
• You will be shown several links on the next page, such as VF6, VF7, VF8A, and 135D Notice for Mutation.
• From there, select “VF8A Khata Details”.
• Now enter all the details like taluka, district, survey number, and village.
• Click on the “Get Details” button to access your land records.

Following are the steps to be followed to check Satbara in Gujarat with Survey Number:

• Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “View Land Record – Rural“ option.
• You will be shown several links on the next page, such as VF6, VF7, VF8A, and 135D Notice for Mutation.
• From there, select “VF7 Survey No. Details”.
• Now enter all the details like taluka, district, survey number, and village.
• Click on the “Get Details” tab to view your record details.

• Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “View Land Record – Rural“ tab.
• You will be shown several links on the next page, such as VF6, VF7, VF8A, and 135D Notice for Mutation.
• You can click on any one of the given links, fill in the required details and submit to view the land owner’s name in the land record details.

• You can click on any one of the links according to your requirement, fill in the required details, and submit to view your land record details.

ROR is the acronym for Record of Rights. It is an extract from the land record registers held by the revenue department of the state government. ROR contains complete information related to the land/property and the history of its holders.

Follow the steps mentioned below to get the ROR:

• Visit the portal of Digital Gujarat and type the location on the text box before clicking on ‘Search’.
• Login to the portal with credentials and click on the ‘New Service’ option.
• From the given menu, select VF- 8A khata details and click on ‘Continue to Service’.
• Then click on ‘Continue’ if the service request ID & application number are displayed on the screen.
• Enter the required details and click on the ‘Save and Submit’ button.
• Select the payment option before clicking on ‘Send OTP’.
• Now enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number. 
• Click on ‘Confirm’ for completing the payment process.
• A receipt will be generated and shared with you with a reference number.
