To pay Axis Bank Credit Card payment online through billdesk , mobile banking, NEFT, and so on, whereas you can pay via cash or cheque if you wish to pay offline. Successful payments will normally take three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays) to get credited into your account.

Pay your Axis Bank credit card outstanding through BillDesk in 3 easy steps:

Provide your credit card details

  • Enter your 16-digit Axis Bank credit card number along with the amount you would like to pay.
  • Select the bank account from which you want to execute the payment (BillDesk partners only with select banks).
  • You will then be securely redirected to the payment interface of the chosen bank.

Confirm payment

  • Enter your authentication details (such as net banking user ID and password of your account/ equivalent details).
  • Confirm your payment amount.
  • Your account will be debited instantaneously.

Get online confirmation

  • You will get an online transaction confirmation with a Transaction Reference Number.

Pay from Axis Bank Savings Account

Axis Bank Internet Banking

You can pay your Axis credit card bills online via Axis Bank internet banking using your Axis Bank savings account. All you have to do is follow these steps:

  • Log on to your Axis Bank internet banking account
  • Go to the ‘Credit Card’ section and select the card for which payment has to be made.
  • Click on ‘Pay Now’.
  • Choose the account to be debited.
  • Enter the amount you want to pay.
  • Click on the ‘Proceed’ button to make the payment.

Axis Bank Mobile Banking

To receive the download link, all you need to do is SMS MBANK to 5676782. After downloading the Axis Bank mobile banking app, follow these steps for making payments:

  • Login to your Axis Bank mobile app
  • Open the ‘Credit Cards’ tab and select the card for which you have to make a bill payment.
  • Click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
  • Choose the amount to be paid.
  • Click on the ‘Pay Now’ button again to proceed.

The turnaround time (TAT) for clearance of the payment through this method is the same day.

Auto Debit

You can apply for the Axis Bank’s Auto Debit facility for making the total amount due or the minimum amount due payment from your Axis Bank Savings/ Current Account every month. Follow these steps to set up auto debit via the mobile app:

  • Login to the Axis Bank mobile app.
  • Go to the ‘Services’ tab and click on the ‘Auto Debit Payment’ option under ‘Credit Card’.
  • Select the credit card for which you wish to set up Auto Debit and enable Auto Debit.
  • Login to your Axis Bank internet banking account.
  • Go to ‘Services’ and then select ‘Credit Card Services’.
  • Choose the card for which you want to set up Auto Debit.
  • Select ‘More Services’ and click ‘Activate’ under ‘Auto Debit Setup’.

Pay at ATMs

You can pay your Axis Bank credit card bills at any Axis Bank ATM using your Axis Bank ATM/ Debit Card. Just follow the steps given below to do the same: 

  • Visit your nearest Axis Bank ATM and insert your Axis Bank ATM/ Debit card into the ATM machine.
  • Select the ‘Other Services’ option and then choose the ‘Bill Payment’ option.
  • Enter your credit card number twice.
  • On successful card validation, you will see the Total Amount Due as well as the Minimum Amount Due on the ATM screen.
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  • The account linked to the ATM Card will automatically get debited and the equivalent amount will be credited to your credit card account. 

The TAT for clearance of the payment through this method is the same day.

Cash Payment

To make your Axis credit card bill payment by cash, visit your nearest Axis Bank branch.

A service fee of Rs. 100 per payment will be charged for choosing cash payment of your credit card bills at the Axis Bank branch. The TAT for clearance of the payment through this method is the same day.

Cheque/Draft Payment

Choose the amount you want to pay and draw the cheque/draft in favour of ‘Axis Bank Card No. (16-digit Credit Card Number)’. Drop the cheque at any nearby Axis Bank branch.

In Mumbai city, you can also drop cheques in any of the MINC bill boxes.

Please make sure that:

  • The cheque is dropped at least 5 days prior to your due date.
  • The cheque is drawn from a local bank.
  • The cheque is not post-dated.

The TAT for clearance of the Axis Bank cheque is 1 working day. However, TAT for clearance of other bank cheques is 3 to 5 working days based on the realization.

Pay from Other Bank Savings Account

Pay via UPI

You can pay your Axis Bank card bill instantly using UPI. Follow these steps to pay via UPI:

  • Initiate a UPI payment from any UPI app on your mobile.
  • Enter your Axis Bank Credit Card Bill payment UPI ID.
  • Then verify your name and enter the bill amount.
  • Finish the transaction using your UPI PIN.

National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

With the NEFT facility, you can pay your Axis Bank credit card bills online from any other bank account. Just follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Internet Banking facility of the desired bank account. 
  • Select its NEFT option.
  • Enter the following information accurately while transferring funds to make your Axis credit card bill payment using the NEFT facility:

Visa Money Transfer (VMT)

You can make your payment through Visa Money Transfer (VMT), which enables you to use the Net Banking facility or your Visa Debit Card to make the payment. To know more about how you can use this service, contact the Axis Bank Customer Care department. The TAT for VMT clearance is 2 working days.

Axis Bank recommends its credit cardholders pay their credit card dues via any of the above-mentioned methods. Any credit card payment made through other channels, including any third-party apps non-affiliated with Axis Bank, can have a higher TAT for clearance. Also, penal charges (as applicable on the card variant), will be levied if funds are not received by the bank by the due date.
