As the name suggests, this card is a global card. It can be conveniently used at over 30 million merchant outlets across the globe, for making online and offline purchases, such as booking movie tickets, paying bills, reserving travel tickets, and more. Besides, the card can also be used for withdrawing cash from SBI or any other ATM, which entertain MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa cardholders.
The card allows for a maximum withdrawal of foreign currency equivalent to Rs. 40,000 in a day, while it entitles the user to make POS or online purchases worth Rs. 75,000 in a day. However, the maximum limit per transaction is capped at Rs. 50,000 (at select websites).
The card is offered at an issuance charge of Rs. 250 + GST, while the annual maintenance charge of Rs. 175 + GST is levied from the second year onwards.

This SBI Debit Card is one of the most popular offerings of the bank. As the name suggests, this card enables hassle-free travel on Mumbai Metro and also lets you shop at over 10 lakh merchant outlets in India. You can earn SBI Rewardz points on your purchases. The card offers a host of benefits to metro riders in Mumbai and acts as a payment-cum-access card at city’s metro stations.
The card entitles the user to withdraw up to Rs. 40,000 in a day through ATMs. The user can also use the card to make payment of up to Rs. 75,000 at any POS terminal or e-commerce portal.
The card entitles the user to earn 2 SBI Rewardz Points on spending every Rs. 200 on shopping, dining, fuel, travel booking or online. The card gives you 200 activation bonus points for your first three transactions within a month. Apart from that, standard points earned on your month of birthday will be doubled.
In order to apply for this card, the user must have an SBI Account and must be between 21 and 60 years of age.
SBI Global International Debit Card can be conveniently obtained, , without any issuance charges. However, you are required to pay an annual maintenance charge of Rs. 175 + GST.
As is the case with other SBI Visa Global Debit Card, even this card enables the user to make purchases online and at POS terminals, while also allowing them to withdraw money from ATMs across the world, as and when required.
Using the card, the user can withdraw up to Rs. 40,000 domestically or internationally. As far as daily transaction limit is concerned, there is no cap on domestic purchases. However, on international purchases, the POS transaction limit is Rs. 75,000 while online transactions are capped at a maximum of (or the equivalent of) Rs. 50,000, per month per transaction.
The card can also be used to earn Freedom Rewardz Points every time a user does a transaction. For instance, on making the 1st purchase using the card within 30 days of issuance, the user earns 50 points, whereas they earn 100 points on making the 3rd purchase within those 30 days. After this, the user earns 1 Freedom Rewardz Point on every Rs. 200 spent using the card. On using the card at least thrice in a given quarter, the user can double the Freedom Rewardz points.

The Contactless Rupay Debit Card is one of the finest types of SBI Debit card especially in today’s era where people are avoiding coming in contact with each other. This card comes in two variants, i.e. RuPay SBI IOCL Global and RuPay SBI IOCL Platinum.

SBI IOCL Co-Branded Contactless RuPay Debit Card is yet another offering of State Bank of India, which has a humongous customer base, thanks to the convenience it offers. The card is issued on RuPay platform. It is a Contactless Debit Card issued to all the existing and new SBI customers. The card is specially designed to earn additional Reward Points at IOCL retail outlets.
You can withdraw up to Rs. 40,000 daily from ATMs. The daily PoS/ online transaction limit of the card is Rs. 75,000 for Global variant and Rs. 2 lakhs for Platinum variant.
You can earn 6 Reward Points for every Rs. 200 spent at IOCL outlets and 2 Standard Points for every Rs. 200 spent at any POS/E-com other than IOCL.

SBI Gold International Debit Card entitles the user to higher cash withdrawal and transaction limit. The daily cash withdrawal limit which can be enjoyed using this card is Rs. 50,000 (domestic and international). Moreover, the SBI Gold International Debit Card entitles the user to enjoy accidental death insurance of up to Rs. 2 Lakh, as well as a purchase protection insurance of Rs. 5,000.

SBI Platinum International Debit Card can be obtained for an issuance charge of Rs. 300+GST, after which one needs to pay Rs. 250 + GST as annual maintenance charge from the second year onwards.
The benefits offered by this card, are almost similar to that of SBI Silver International Debit Card, except for the fact that the reward points are tripled if one conducts at least 3 transactions in a quarter using the card.
In addition, the SBI International Debit Card entitles the user to enjoy Personal Death Insurance of up to Rs. 5 Lakh, as well as a purchase protection insurance of Rs. 50,000. The card also offers other insurance covers such as – Personal Air Accident Insurance of Rs. 10 Lakh, Family Transportation (including mortal remains) of up to Rs. 50,000, Baggage Loss of up to Rs. 25,000, Purchase Protection of up to Rs. 50,000, Lost Card Liability Cover of up to Rs. 2 Lakh.
